Coaching skills are the essential backbone to developing team performance and one of the key differentiators for peak performing managers in organisations. This programme will introduce or reinforce current coaching knowledge and develop a range of additional skills on how to get the most out of a coaching conversation from both parties. It will also look at how to develop a range of coaching styles tailored to individual situations.
By the end of this training workshop attendees will be able to;
We tend to work with a maximum of 12 attendees per Facilitator/Trainer, although this is flexible depending on the workshop. Some workshops with diagnostic tools allow us to have around 16 to 20 attendees.
Most of our workshops such as this one are 1 day courses, although they each vary depending on the degree of customisation and we are able to run a 2 day version of this programme which will cover the key topics in more depth and have more practical examples and exercises. Workshops typically run from 09:15 to 16:45 which will include lunch and breaks.
We deliver our Workshops at your premises in the UK, throughout Europe and around the World in a number of languages as well as English. We just need access to a venue, which includes a projector and flip charts.

Our prices are based on a day rate per facilitator plus expenses, which ordinarily works out more cost effective than sending your team externally on courses which will also incur individual expenses.
This workshop is designed to cater for anyone who needs to coach their staff on a regular basis, for general support, motivation or performance management issues. We are also able to tailor the content if we are working with a group of people managers , or more senior managers who are in turn managing other managers.
